Olive Green Feather Fascinator

The fascinator evolved through the millinery experimentation of the 1960s and 70s, when it was established it as a serious piece of British occasion wear. By the 1990s it had become the default choice for race days, weddings, and formal country events, occupying the space between a full hat and no hat at all.

This wool felt fascinator of considerable presence, trimmed with a structured self-fabric bow and a spray of pheasant feathers in amber, chestnut, and black. Worn at an angle, it carries the easy authority of the shooting field and the racecourse in equal measure
